My Coaching

Hello you! If you’ve landed on this page, I’m guessing you might be someone who’s a little quieter, maybe even a touch shy. Someone who feels things deeply and thinks carefully before they speak (or, like me, overthinks absolutely everything).

You’re probably someone who’s been told they’re too sensitive, or that they should come out of their shell. And while you value your calm, peaceful nature, it can sometimes feel like the world wasn’t quite built for people like us.

And if that’s not you — if you wouldn’t call yourself shy or sensitive — but you’re still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a little help, you’re equally welcome here. 

Maybe you’ve been feeling:

  • Like your voice gets lost in the noise.
  • A little misunderstood and unsure where to turn.
  • Restless, anxious, or overwhelmed — perhaps even a bit foggy, achy, or just plain worn out.
  • Feeling like there’s so much you want to achieve, but finding it hard to move forward.

If any of that sounds familiar, you are not alone and there’s absolutely nothing about us that needs ‘fixing’.

My one-to-one coaching is here for quiet, thoughtful souls who want to feel more confident, centred, and comfortable being exactly who they are, while moving through a world that isn’t always built with us in mind.

What we work on together:

🌿 Finding Your Voice:
We’ll explore the strengths of your sensitive, thoughtful nature and embrace the kind of confidence that doesn’t require us to shout.

🕊️ Releasing Stress & Overwhelm:
We’ll learn simple, grounding techniques to help with anxiety, better sleep, more energy, and a general sense of ahh… all is okay.

🎯 Getting Clear on Your Purpose:
We’ll gently unravel life’s messiness, get clear on what you truly want — not just what the world says you should — and create small, do-able steps that genuinely feel like yours.

What to expect:

We’ll meet weekly on Zoom for 12 weeks (sessions are £50 each), and I’m also here to offer a gentle nudge in between, if needed. It’s a safe, calm space, no pressure, with no need to have it all figured out, just you being you.

Why me?

I’m a certified health & life coach (registered with the UK&International Health Coaching Association), a former nurse, and a self-confessed sensitive shy soul. I’ve spent a lot of time trying to feel heard in a world that felt too loud — and learning that sensitivity isn’t a weakness, it’s actually kind of a superpower. Coaching myself helped me to see my sensitive, quiet nature as a good thing and now I help others do the same.
