If you’ve landed on this page, I’m guessing you might be someone who’s shy, maybe even a little quiet. Someone who feels things deeply, notices subtleties others miss and perhaps thinks carefully before they speak (or, like me, overthinks absolutely everything).
You might be someone who’s been told they’re too sensitive, or that they should come out of their shell. And while you value your calm, thoughtful nature, it can sometimes feel like the world wasn’t quite built for people like us.
And if that’s not you – if you wouldn’t call yourself shy or sensitive, but you’re still feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or quietly searching for something more – you are equally welcome here.

My one-to-one coaching is here for shy, quiet, thoughtful souls who want to feel more confident, centred and comfortable being exactly who they are, while moving through a world that isn’t always built with us in mind.
We’ll work together to:

Discover the strengths of your shy, sensitive & thoughtful nature. We explore a kind of confidence that doesn’t require shouting – the kind that begins inside.
🌼 Release Stress & Overwhelm
Learn simple, grounding techniques to help with anxiety, better sleep, emotional regulation, and a general sense of ahh… all is okay.
🌱 Get Clear on What Matters to You
We gently unravel the inner fog, explore what you truly want (not just what the world expects), and create small, do-able steps that feel like yours.
How It Works
We begin with a Quiet Chat – a free, low-pressure call where we can explore what you’re holding, how you tend to move through the world (shy, sensitive, introverted, or a mix), and whether coaching feels like a good fit.
If it feels right for both of us, we move into a 12-session journey (usually weekly or fortnightly), tailored gently around your emotional pace and personal goals.
Along the way, I may offer optional self-awareness tools (like personality reflections, journaling prompts, or sensitivity mapping), but only ever in ways that support you – not overwhelm you.
Sessions are held via Zoom and are priced at £50 each. Between sessions, I’m here for gentle support and check-ins if needed.
This isn’t about high-performance coaching or hustle energy. It’s about deep inner shifts, sustainable self-trust, and finally feeling at home in your own way of being.
Why me?
I’m a certified health & life coach (registered with the UK & International Health Coaching Association), a former nurse and a lifelong shy, sensitive soul. I know what it’s like to feel small in a world that favours big voices – and I also know how empowering it can be to stop apologising for your quietness, and start working with it.
Coaching helped me rebuild my confidence from the inside out and now I help others do the same.
